30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee 

At Canvas Cutter, we're committed to your complete satisfaction. If it doesn't meet your expectations—for any reason—return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. We encourage exchanges to help you get the right product.

Eligibility 

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and free from odors, dirt, or hair. 

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required. If no proof is available, contact support for options. 

  • Partial refunds for non-compliant returns: 25% restocking fee for used, damaged, or late items. We monitor accounts for serial or abusive returns and may apply additional fees or restrictions to protect our business.

Exclusions 

  • Hygiene items (e.g., open-cell foam mattress pads, Bunker sleeping bag, R.E.M. pillow, Bedrock pad): Returns accepted only if unused and in original, unopened packaging due to sanitary reasons. 

  • No returns on final sale/clearance items, custom orders, altered items, or those used beyond basic testing (e.g., set up indoors but not used outdoors).

  • For manufacturing defects or material failures, please refer to our Warranty Policy instead—this Guarantee covers satisfaction, not long-term defects.

Return Shipping 

Our Redo Returns & Exchange Portal will provide shipping information. 

  • If you purchased Redo package protection at checkout, returns and exchanges are free and unlimited (prepaid label provided). 

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs if not covered by Redo protection. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Use trackable shipping for items over $75 (we recommend insurance). 

  • We don’t guarantee receipt of untracked items.

Refunds & Exchanges 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • Full refund to original payment method (processed within 3 business days after inspection and approval). 

  • Exchanges: Our preferred option—includes a 10% bonus store credit for upsells as a thank you for choosing us again. 

  • Store credit available for faster resolution or as an alternative for exclusions.

Processing Timeline 

Allow 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card to post the refund. If delayed, check your account, contact your issuer, then email us at support@canvascutter.com.

General Terms 

This policy applies to purchases from canvascutter.com and authorized retailers. International returns may incur additional duties/fees (contact us for details). We reserve the right to deny returns that violate these terms to prevent fraud. Your statutory rights are not affected. Gift returns follow the same process with gift receipt or proof from the purchaser.
