Please note that while we handle processing and fulfillment, once your order leaves our center, it's in the hands of the carrier—we no longer control transit times, potential delays, or issues like loss or damage. For any such problems, contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If unresolved, reach out to us at support@canvascutter.com, and we'll work toward a satisfactory solution.

To protect your shipment, we offer optional package protection through Redo at checkout. This provides comprehensive insurance for returns, exchanges, lost, damaged, or stolen items—handling claims efficiently so you don't have to deal directly with carriers. We recommend adding Redo protection to streamline any issues.

Our Shipping Partners

  • We partner with USPS and UPS for all domestic and international shipments.

  • We recognize our products can be large and heavy, so we pass carrier costs directly to you without markups or adjustments for transparency.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your confirmation email.

  • You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once it ships.

  • Orders placed over weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day, followed by the standard 1–2 business days.

  • To avoid last-minute stress, especially for planned trips or adventures, we encourage purchasing well in advance. Many customers who procrastinate end up in a rush, but due to inconsistencies and increasing unreliability with carriers, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Potential Shipping Delays

  • Due to factors such as carrier volume fluctuations, weather events, or supply chain issues, allow a few extra business days for delivery. Check carrier websites for real-time updates.

  • During high-volume periods like the holiday season (e.g., November–December), major holidays, or sales events, carriers may face delays due to increased demand.

  • Expect 3–5 extra business days in peak times; we recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.

  • Recognized holidays include federal US holidays.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the US. (See "Potential Shipping Delays" for extended timelines.)

Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup

We do not currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

International Shipping

  • Available to select countries; charges calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, varying by destination and customs. (See "Potential Shipping Delays" for extended timelines.)

  • Your order may incur import duties, taxes (including VAT), or fees upon arrival—these are your responsibility, and Canvas Cutter is not liable.

Tracking Your Order

  • You'll get an email with a tracking number upon shipment; allow up to 48 hours for it to activate.

  • Track directly on the carrier's website (e.g., usps.com, ups.com).

Returns and Damages

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery (with exceptions—see our full Returns Policy for details).

  • For returns, exchanges, damages, or other issues, we recommend using Redo if you added protection at checkout. File your claim directly through the Redo portal here for efficient handling.

  • If you did not add Redo protection and the issue remains unresolved with the carrier, email us with your order number and details. We'll review case-by-case and aim for a fair resolution.
