The Night Before the Hunt Matters Too
A hard day in the field starts with a good night before it.
Cold, damp, or cramped sleep does not stay in camp. It follows you into the morning. Into the miles. Into the stand. The Heritage was built around a straightforward idea: your sleep system should help you recover, not give you another problem to solve.
The Heritage is for people who prefer their gear simple, dependable, and built to last. Not lighter. Not more technical. Just a canvas bedroll that does exactly what a canvas bedroll is supposed to do — at hunting camp, at base camp, on a pack trip, or wherever the work takes you.
The canvas is proprietary 15 oz waterproof construction. The seams are double-stitched and taped. The zippers are #8 SBS with four sliders. The weather flap runs the full length of the zipper. Every material and construction standard that goes into the Dominator 3.0 goes into the Heritage.
The price is lower because the design is focused. Not because anything was cut.
Waterproof When the Weather Decides to Show Up
Keeping rain out is only part of building a dependable bedroll. The canvas also has to manage what happens inside — moisture, heat, condensation — so you wake up dry instead of damp and worn down before the day starts.
The Heritage is built with several layers of weather protection:
— Water and mildew-resistant exterior coatings
— A breathable microporous polyurethane interior coating
— Fully taped seams
— A full-length canvas weather flap that covers the entire zipper, sealing out wind, rain, dust, and UV damage
— Heavy-duty 15 oz canvas construction throughout
It holds in real conditions. Changing weather, morning dew, rough ground, hard camp floors. That is what it was built for.
Set Up in Minutes. Sleep Like You Mean It.
The Heritage keeps the straightforward structure at the heart of a Canvas Cutter bedroll.
The updated Standard Pole System lifts the canvas above your upper torso and head, giving you room to settle in and sleep without canvas pressed against you through the night. Built-in pole-lock technology — locking grommets that hold the pole system securely in place — keeps the structure from shifting on uneven ground, cots, and hard camp surfaces. No adjusting after dark.
At 90 inches long and 34 inches wide, there is room for taller users, bedding, and gear without feeling cramped.
Four zipper sliders give you access from either side and let you control how open or closed the bedroll stays as conditions change through the night.
Roll it out. Set the poles. Get in and sleep.
